Willard West Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes on-call duties and requires safe work practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC technician experience.
• EPA License required.
• JM License required.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and components.
• Must pass a drug screen, MVR and background check.
• Physical dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, solve, and repair commercial HVAC systems.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service and thorough communication with customers.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Be available for on-call duty.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
