Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC systems on residential and commercial properties.
• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Complete and close out work orders and enter time/materials.
• Provide after-hours support for HVAC emergencies.
• Coordinate with property teams on new designs and projects.
