You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial HVAC equipment across the Austin market, delivering exceptional service to customers. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of field HVAC experience, EPA certification, and the ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of commercial HVAC field experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service.
• Service rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, air handlers, package units, and VRF systems.
• Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations as needed.
