Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose HVAC and refrigeration issues through testing and observation.
• Disassemble and reassemble equipment for troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Operate hand and power tools, gauges, and measuring devices.
• Document service tasks, materials used, and labor hours.
• Explain service charges and work performed to customers.
• Maintain inventory stock on service vehicles.
• Reconcile work orders and timesheets for supervisor review.
