Job summary

Construction and Maintenance Company is looking for an HVAC Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems for residential and commercial properties in Denham Springs, Louisiana. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years' experience, EPA certifications, and the ability to pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Willingness to work overtime and travel on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems.
• Conduct periodic general preventive maintenance.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance logs and records.

Skills
