Naugle is a premier Mechanical and HVAC service provider delivering residential and commercial solutions. This Experienced HVAC Technician – Lead role leads field operations, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing complex systems with strong customer-facing responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on HVAC service and diagnostic experience without supervision.
• EPA Universal Certification or relevant trade credentials is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC units in the field.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure peak efficiency.
• Communicate findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers.
• Complete service calls end-to-end with thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with installation teams during peak operations.
