Job summary

Naugle is a premier Mechanical and HVAC service provider delivering residential and commercial solutions in Tecumseh, MI. We are seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician – Lead to diagnose, repair, and service complex systems in the field.

You will work independently, with ongoing technical training, earning a competitive hourly rate with commission and a sign-on bonus, plus comprehensive benefits including a 401(k) match, medical insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on HVAC service and diagnostic experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical capability to safely perform HVAC service, lifting and installation tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC units in the field.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections for peak efficiency.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Execute service calls end-to-end with thorough documentation.
• Collaborate with internal installation teams during peak operations.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
