Job summary

Service Experts in Scarborough, ME is seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician IV for full-time work. You will perform precision tune-ups, maintenance, and diagnostics on HVAC and related equipment, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and promoting services.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years HVAC experience, EPA/safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include extensive PTO, insurance, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC exposure; 6+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Record service actions using a hand-held device and complete paperwork.
• Deliver parts and equipment to job sites and assist other technicians.
• Promote services and products to customers and resolve questions or concerns.
• Maintain company property and tools and coordinate with dispatch.
