Service Experts LLC is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician II in Scarborough, ME. You will perform precision tune-ups and maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, diagnose issues, and deliver excellent customer service. Must have EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and 2+ years of HVAC experience.

Qualifications

EPA certification and safety training required.
2+ years of HVAC experience with technical training preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories.
Inspect and diagnose equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
Document service activities and collect payments when required.
Communicate with dispatch and customers to ensure satisfaction.
Promote products and services and provide accurate status reports to supervisors.
