Qualifications
- HVAC maintenance and repair skills for commercial/industrial systems.
- Advanced troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues.
- Field service experience at on-site client locations.
- Strong customer service, clear communication, and trust-building with clients.
- HVAC certifications such as EPA are beneficial.
- Experience with commercial/industrial HVAC equipment and controls preferred.
- Ability to read technical schematics, use diagnostic tools, and maintain service records.
- Willingness to work in varying environments and follow safety standards.
