You will diagnose issues, read schematics, and provide clear guidance to customers while maintaining accurate service records and inventory on your company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial HVAC installation or service.
• EPA Universal Certification required; NATE certification or state Journeyman license is a strong plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and ability to read schematics/blueprints.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Outstanding communication skills and a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and service a wide variety of residential HVAC systems.

• Maintain routine preventative maintenance checks and tune-ups.

Position Overview
