Qualifications

• At least 5-7 years of relevant HVAC experience.

• Proficient in reading electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Willing to work after hours, weekends, and holidays with short notice.
• Comfort working in confined spaces and under physical demands.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and warranty service tasks.
• Provide on-the-job technical direction and training to junior team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers and colleagues.
• Order and manage required equipment and parts.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and standards.
