Job summary

Facility Services Management, Inc is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, service, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in healthcare facilities. You will work with refrigeration equipment, ductwork, and control systems, following blueprints and safety standards.

The role requires reading schematics, precise pipefitting, and testing for leaks. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HVAC, EPA 608/other certifications, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Certified HVAC technician with 4+ years of HVAC experience.
• Healthcare facility experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Installs, services and repairs environmental-control systems using knowledge of refrigeration theory and pipefitting.
• Maintains refrigerant inventory and usage records.
• Mounts compressors and condenser units per blueprints or specs.
• Connections and commissioning of controls, valves, and filters.
• Inspects joints for leaks and tests system pressures.
• Ensure equipment and surroundings are clean and safe.
