UVA Health is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician at our Manassas, VA facility to maintain and repair HVAC, mechanical, utilities, and grounds assets. The role requires strong knowledge of life safety and building codes, plus the ability to read schematics and operate DDC controls.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of commercial HVAC experience, a High School diploma with vocational HVAC training, and EPA 608 certification. On-site duties include on-call responsibilities and campus travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2 years vocational training in HVAC operation/repair required.
• 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and maintenance.
• CFC Universal Certification (EPA 608) required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain service life of assets including HVAC, mechanical systems, utilities, and grounds.
• Operate and troubleshoot various HVAC equipment and boilers.
• Read and interpret building system drawings and schematics.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient facility operation.
