Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on HVAC trade experience.
• Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC service and repair in Franklin, TN and Greater Nashville area.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and related equipment.
• Inspect and test HVAC systems to identify issues and verify safe operation.
• Complete service reports and required system checks accurately.
• Maintain clean job sites and protect customers' homes.
