Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Master HVAC Technician to support our mission-critical client at Fort Meade. You will inspect HVAC systems, evaluate conditions, perform preventive maintenance, and clean/repairs components.

Strong emphasis on safety and complex system diagnostics. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, local travel up to 10%, and the ability to deploy to various environments. You will work with engineering teams on plans and specifications for critical environments and SCIF

Qualifications

Requires 10 years of education/experience leading to Master HVAC licensure or 12 years of equivalent military HVAC training.
EPA 608 Type II (or Universal) or NATE certification is required.
Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift 50 lbs.
Experience with fault isolation and resolution of complex environmental systems.

Responsibilities

Track performance of routine and preventive maintenance for HVAC systems and troubleshoot complex HVAC/R issues.
Respond to service calls and document issues in CMMS.
Diagnose causes of HVAC problems to identify repair or replacement needs.
Install, repair, and maintain large commercial/industrial ventilation, refrigeration, and cooling systems.
