Job summary

Blue Flame Heating, Air, Electric in Mountlake Terrace, WA is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential systems. Earn $35–$50/hour DOE with a take-home vehicle, gas card, and a full benefits package.

You will perform service repairs, communicate options to customers, and complete all required service documentation. Weekend availability and EPA certification are preferred; valid license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass background, MVR and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics and crawlspaces; lift heavy equipment.
• Occasional weekend work may be required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address residential HVAC concerns and discuss options with customers.
• Perform service repairs to a high standard; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing equipment.
• Complete documentation, explain warranties, and collect payments if applicable.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
