Qualifications

• HVAC Master's degree preferred.
• Valid Texas driver's license.
• Experience managing teams.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Experience using hand and Power tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC repairs, maintenance and installation.

Responsibilities

• Create a work environment that promotes positive energy, creativity, and teamwork among contractors, employees, and departments.
• Check and adjust airflows and pressure drops in systems.
• Oil or grease mechanical equipment, change oil in compressors and replace belts.
• Check and repair condensers as needed.
• Ensure water treatment equipment is functioning correctly at all times.
• Install compressors (rotary and reciprocating), read gauges, set thermostats.
