Qualifications

  • EPA universal certification for service technicians.
  • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance
  • Quality control analysis

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on HVAC installations, fire and boiler alarm and surveillance control systems, and related devices; participates in preventive maintenance programs and reports costs/changes.
  • Tests and maintains emergency electrical equipment and CCTV-related systems; inspects and repairs switches, fixtures, pipes, and leaks.
  • Assists other maintenance staff and responds to emergency call-backs; may perform other duties as assigned.
