Responsibilities

  • Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment for up to 15 schools.
  • Operate and troubleshoot BAS/DDC systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Replace components and adjust systems.
  • Maintain records and coordinate with contractors.
