Job summary
Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to ensure the safe operation and maintenance of HVAC systems across our retirement community. You will handle heat pumps, refrigeration, PRV valves, cooling towers, pumps, motors, hot water systems, and building automation, with on-call overtime as needed.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC service, or education in lieu of experience.
- EPA certification to handle refrigerants.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Willing to work scheduled and on-call overtime.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration equipment as necessary.
- Respond to emergency calls for system failures.
- Inspect, monitor and evaluate efficiency and safety of systems.
- Read blueprints and isometrics, document work as required.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance per manufacturer recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment and ice machines.
