ZEISS is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and building infrastructure supporting medical device manufacturing. You’ll work with critical systems including cleanrooms, chilled water, boilers, and exhaust systems to maintain environmental conditions essential for production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of HVAC trade school or equivalent technical training.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environments.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot a variety of HVAC and mechanical equipment including AHUs, RTUs, VFDs, chillers, boilers, and pumps.
• Support cleanroom and controlled environments ensuring ISO-classified manufacturing conditions.
• Document maintenance activities and findings in the CMMS; identify and address reliability improvements.
• Monitor BAS controls and troubleshoot alarms and abnormal operating conditions.
