Job summary

ZEISS Group is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems across medical device manufacturing facilities in the US. You will handle cleanroom and production-area HVAC, chilled water systems, and related equipment while ensuring proper environmental conditions.

The role requires 5+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, EPA 608 certification, and ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and HVAC trade school.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Maintain HVAC and mechanical equipment including AHUs, RTUs, chillers, boilers, pumps.
• Diagnose failures and implement corrective actions; monitor environmental conditions.
• Support cleanroom env requirements and ISO environments.
• Document maintenance activities in the CMMS MPulse.
