Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• EPA refrigerant certification

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration equipment
• Respond to emergency calls for system failures
• Inspect and evaluate system efficiency and safety
• Read blueprints and isometrics, document work
• Carry out scheduled PMs per manufacturer guidance
• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment and ice machines
