Job summary

Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to maintain and operate HVAC systems across our continuing care community in Catonsville, MD. You will service heat pumps, refrigeration, PRV valves, cooling towers, pumps and building automation systems, ensuring safe, comfortable environments for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years HVAC service experience.
• Working knowledge of commercial electrical and plumbing systems.
• Be prepared for scheduled and on-call overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Respond to emergency calls for system failures.
• Inspect and evaluate system safety and efficiency; read blueprints and sketches.
• Perform preventive maintenance following manufacturer recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment and ice machines.
