Lands’ End in Dodgeville, WI is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join our maintenance team. The role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving commercial HVAC equipment and building automation systems, ensuring high reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–7+ years of field experience with complex commercial HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and DDC controls.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems and DDC controls.
• Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units, AHUs, boilers, chillers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using diagrams and system controls.
• Replace faulty HVAC components and maintain critical systems.
• Maintain boiler, cooling tower, closed-loop, and chemical treatment systems.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans and keep accurate records.
• Manage HVAC parts inventory and assist with purchasing.
