Job summary

Accurate Mechanical is seeking an HVAC Commercial Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. You will work with clients to provide timely service solutions, perform routine and emergency maintenance, and ensure safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic skills, experience with electrical components, and the ability to read manuals and wiring diagrams. A certification/licensing and ASHRAE/CMMS familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Proven experience in commercial HVAC system repair and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and electrical components related to HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on commercial HVAC/refrigeration systems.
• Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults using specialized tools and repair accordingly.
• Install, test, and commission new HVAC/refrigeration equipment per specs.
• Collaborate with clients to assess performance and advise upgrades or replacements.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate status to team.
