Job summary

TWC Services is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to join our service team in Springdale. You will service RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines, split systems and commercial refrigeration across restaurants and facilities.

With 5+ years of experience, you will troubleshoot, diagnose and manage service calls independently. EPA certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Able to work independently and manage service calls.
• Experience in restaurants or commercial environments.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on RTUs, walk-ins, reach-ins, ice machines and split systems.
• Service refrigeration systems for restaurants and commercial facilities.
• Diagnose issues and propose effective repairs during calls.
• Coordinate with customers to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
