Job summary

TWC Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to join our team in Springdale, Arkansas. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working independently, and servicing commercial customers, we want to talk with you.

You will work on RTUs, walk-in coolers & freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, split systems, and other commercial refrigeration equipment for restaurant and hospitality clients. This position is not entry-level and requires diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining complex

Qualifications

• Experience in troubleshooting and servicing commercial HVAC/R systems.
• Ability to work independently and diagnose issues on-site.
• EPA Certification preferred; driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment for customers.
• Support restaurant and hospitality clients with equipment service.
• Provide excellent customer service during on-site visits.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
• Able to troubleshoot and work independently
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Restaurant equipment experience is a plus

This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for technicians who can confidently diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment while providing excellent customer service.
