Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC service and repair.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot large-scale mechanical systems and control circuits.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based setting with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication with property managers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Salary/Pay Rate: $32 - $39 per hour (based on experience).
• Location: Must be able to commute to Ocala, FL.
• Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Overtime.
