Formación

• HS diploma or equivalent with 7 years of HVAC maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, lubrication, pneumatic, boiler, or autoclave systems.
• Ability to work in a regulated environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units (RTUs) and HVAC equipment.
• Inspect, clean, and replace air filters according to maintenance schedules.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC/R system failures, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and support production.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to evaluate processes and identify improvements.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.
