Job summary

Qualifications

Requires a High School diploma or equivalent with 7+ years of experience maintaining commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
Advanced knowledge of HVAC/R, electrical, mechanical, lubrication, pneumatic, boiler, and autoclave systems.
Ability to read blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and specifications.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on rooftop units (RTUs) and related HVAC equipment.
Diagnose and repair HVAC/R system failures including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant issues.
Troubleshoot compressors, motors, fans, control circuits, sensors, relays, and VFDs.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external contractors to ensure reliability and regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation in CMMS.
Lead maintenance activities and mentor junior technicians as needed.
