Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional HVAC training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial HVAC service and maintenance calls.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues in a courteous, timely manner.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent failures and callbacks.
• Delivery and removal of parts and equipment needed for service work.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate status to dispatch.
