GSM Services is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician for residential work in the Charlotte area. You will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs, while upholding our commitment to Comfort and Peace of Mind for customers.

Qualifications

• Valid NC or SC Driver’s License and clean driving record.
• EPA Certification Type I & II required.
• NATE Certification Core and at least one specialty.

Responsibilities

• Perform service agreement calls (commercial & residential) and inspections.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and occasional repairs.
• Train technician trainees in diagnostic and servicing techniques.
• Maintain documentation for service agreement customers.
• Ensure tools and parts are in proper condition and inventory.
• Provide on-call support and assist installation departments as needed.
• Adhere to professional appearance and safety standards.

EPA Certification - Type I & II
