GSM Services is seeking an HVAC Service Maintenance Technician - Apprentice (Commercial) to join our team serving the Greater Charlotte area. You will perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including coil cleaning, filter changes, and belt replacements, while gaining hands-on experience in a family-owned firm with a centennial history.

• Valid NC or SC driver's license.
• EPA Universal Certification (or obtained within 90 days).
• Basic hand tools and tool bag provided.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid NC or SC driver's license
• Dependable transportation
• EPA Universal Certification (or obtained within the first 90 days of employment)
• Basic hand tools and tool bag (a required tool list will be provided)
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and flexible hours
• Ability to work at heights greater than 8ft
• Leather work boots with proper ankle support and rubber soles (waterproof recommended)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
• Work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods
• Walk, stand, stoop, or sit for prolonged periods
• Climb stationary, extension, and collapsible ladders
