Job summary

A-1 Mechanical & Electric is seeking HVAC Service Technicians for light commercial and residential repairs. A $2,500 signing bonus is offered. You will perform service calls, preventive maintenance, and diagnostics, and must lift 50+ pounds.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of 5 years’ HVAC experience, EPA certificate, NV driver’s license, and ServiceTitan experience. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential; we offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 yrs of experience in commercial and residential HVAC service.
Must be at least 24 years old for fleet vehicle insurance.
EPA Certificate and Valid NV Driver's License.
At least 2 years of experience with ServiceTitan.
OSHA 10 certification will get additional consideration.
Good communication and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Perform service calls, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to determine the problem.
Locate and diagnose problems across all makes/models of HVAC equipment.
Explain diagnosis and repair options to customers.
Complete documentation on services and explain warranties.
Collect paperwork and deliver to the office; write and present estimates for repairs onsite.
Lift and carry 50+ pounds.
