Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Determine repairs and maintenance for HVAC systems and controls.
• Plan sequence of operations for repairs and modifications.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, pumps, and air handling units.
• Operate building automation systems and manage preventive maintenance tasks.
• Provide emergency on-call support for HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate with other trades for project work and shutdowns.
