Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician III in Denver, CO, onsite. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems, including rooftops, chillers, boilers, and water-source units, while leading junior technicians when needed.

The role requires 5+ years of related HVAC experience or 7+ with education, an HVAC certificate, and EPA Universal Certification. A valid driver's license is required, with OSHA 10 within 90 days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related HVAC experience with increasing responsibility.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• HVAC certificate from a technical school or equivalent.
• EPA Universal Technician Certification.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record.
• OSHA 10 within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment.
• Service rooftops, chillers, boilers, and associated components.
• Lead Level I and II technicians during rebuilds and retrofits.
• Record billing, inventory, and timecards accurately.
• Explain technical information to customers clearly.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on site and follow Daikin policies.
