Aire Serv of Kalispell is hiring a Senior HVAC Tech to diagnose, repair, and service residential and light commercial systems. Work from a home base with a company van and iPad, delivering options to homeowners and pursuing leadership growth as the company expands.

The role offers a base pay structure and uncapped commissions, plus a strong benefits package and ongoing training to keep you at the forefront of HVAC technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running residential service calls independently.
• EPA Certification required; valid driver's license with clean MVR.
• Experience with heat pumps, mini-splits, and standard residential systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Run 4–6 service calls daily with high efficiency.
• Use ServiceTitan on iPad to present options and IAQ solutions.
• Assist in replacement sales through Home Comfort Designers for a 4% commission on gross system sales.
• Participate in a 1-in-4 week on-call rotation.
