Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC service, maintenance, and repair experience.
• Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC system issues.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Perform comprehensive system evaluations to identify root causes of equipment issues.
• Service and maintain air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, IAQ systems, thermostats, and related components.
• Educate customers on system operation and energy-saving opportunities.
• Document service findings and recommendations using company software.
