Qualifications

• Current Connecticut S2 or D2 license is required.
• EPA 608 Universal certification is required.
• Commercial HVAC systems experience is required.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills are required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and service on commercial HVAC systems.
• Maintain all required trade licenses and certifications.
• Comply with Section 608 of the Clean Air Act and all applicable regulations.
• Attend required safety training.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Use PPE when installing, maintaining, or servicing HVAC systems.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance at customer locations.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Be available to work overtime and weekends as business demands require.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
