Job summary

Superior Skilled Trades in South Windsor, CT is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians with a CT D2 or S2 license for a direct hire in South Windsor.

The role offers full benefits including PTO, medical, dental, 401K, company vehicle, and gas card. Pay is $40-$55 hourly, based on experience. Overtime and weekend availability may be required.

You will perform maintenance, repairs on commercial HVAC systems, maintain licenses, comply with safety standards, and provide professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Current Connecticut S2 or D2 license required.
• EPA 608 Universal certification required.
• Commercial HVAC systems experience required.
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to respond to service calls on short notice.
• Must maintain a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and service on commercial HVAC systems.
• Maintain all required trade licenses and certifications.
• Comply with Section 608 of the Clean Air Act and all applicable safety regulations.
• Attend required safety training.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Properly utilize required PPE when installing, maintaining, or servicing HVAC systems.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance while working at customer locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Be available to work overtime and weekends as business demands require.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
