SST Direct is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians in South Windsor, CT. Must hold Connecticut S2 or D2 licenses and EPA 608 certification. The role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and service on commercial HVAC systems with strong customer interaction.

Job description

Seeking experienced HVAC Technicians with a current Connecticut D2 or S2 license for a direct hire opportunity with our client in South Windsor, CT.

This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, 401K, company vehicle, and gas card!

Pay: $40 - $55 hourly (based on experience)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and service on commercial HVAC systems.
• Maintain all required trade licenses and certifications.
• Comply with Section 608 of the Clean Air Act and all applicable federal, state, and local occupational safety regulations.
• Attend required safety training.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Properly utilize required PPE when installing, maintaining, or servicing HVAC systems.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance while working at customer locations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Be available to work overtime and weekends as business demands require.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
