Job summary

New England Mechanical Services is seeking HVAC Technicians with D2 or S2 licenses to maintain, troubleshoot, repair and operate commercial HVAC systems for our South Windsor CT Operations Group. The role prefers candidates with commercial HVAC experience, the ability to respond on short notice, and strong communication skills.

A company vehicle, HVAC equipment, gas card, cell phone, uniforms, and PPE are provided to support field work.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current CT S2 or D2 license.
• EPA 608 Universal required.
• Commercial HVAC systems experience.
• Must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Keep trade licenses and certifications current.
• Follow and comply with safety regulations and Act 608 requirements.
• Attend all safety training provided by NEMSI.
• Follow NEMSI safety policies and use PPE when servicing HVAC systems.
• Interact with clients professionally and maintain a neat appearance.
• Work overtime and weekends as demand requires.
