Position Summary:

The Senior Mechanical Service Technician and Installer is a seasoned professional who installs, repairs, and maintains various air quality systems. This role requires technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills. Main duties include diagnosing maintenance problems, installing new equipment, conducting services, and performing emergency repairs to ensure systems operate optimally, providing comfortable, safe, and efficient environments.

Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
• Addressing mechanical issues with HVAC systems
• Performing system maintenance tasks such as cleaning, adjusting, repairs, and warranty services
• Locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment
• Conducting warranty services and emergency repairs
• Ordering and maintaining equipment
• Meeting local HVAC codes
• Assessing client needs
• Keeping detailed logs and records of maintenance activities
• Communicating effectively with clients and customers

Working Conditions:

This is a warehouse and field-based full-time position, with potential for extended hours during seasonal demand.
