Watson Heating & Air in Richmond, KY is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician for full-time employment. Dispatch from home to customer sites across Central Kentucky, delivering expert repair and maintenance with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

You will diagnose issues, provide dependable HVAC solutions, and uphold company standards while representing the firm with professionalism. Strong licensing and 2+ years of service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold Kentucky HVAC Journeyman license.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Minimum 2+ years of full-time service experience.
• Preferred: 2+ years as lead technician.
• EPA license or NATE/other certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and deliver professional HVAC service.
• Uphold company standards and integrity on every interaction.
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide reliable HVAC solutions.
• Travel to customer job sites across Central Kentucky; on-call hours paid.

As our Senior HVAC Service Technician, you will dispatch directly from home to customer job sites throughout Lexington, Berea, Nicholasville, Danville, Irvine, Georgetown, and surrounding Central Kentucky communities.

Throughout your day, you will diagnose issues, provide professional service, uphold company standards, and represent the company with integrity and professionalism during every interaction. You will communicate clearly with customers, deliver dependable HVAC solutions, and help maintain the outstanding reputation that our team has built across Central Kentucky. Every service call will give you the opportunity to showcase your technical expertise while creating a positive experience for customers.
