EPA certification required; 2+ years'' experience; valid driver''s license; familiarity with Trane or Mitsubishi equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification required; Universal preferred.
• Residential HVAC experience with strong diagnostic skills.
• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair residential HVAC equipment throughout the local service area.
• Diagnose issues with air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-performance problems.
• Complete maintenance and preventative service.
• Explain findings and repair recommendations to homeowners clearly.
• Keep service records accurate and up to date.
• Follow safety procedures and HVAC best practices.
• Provide technical assistance to less-experienced technicians when appropriate.

Complete Comfort is looking for a dependable Senior HVAC Service Technician to serve homeowners throughout Chilhowie and the surrounding Southwest Virginia area.

This is a great opportunity for a technician who knows how to diagnose problems, communicate with customers, and complete quality repairs without someone constantly looking over your shoulder.

You’ll have a take-home company vehicle, steady year-round work, and no on-call rotation-plus a team that is there to support you when you need it.

Compensation & Benefits

• $27–$36 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Service and repair residential HVAC equipment throughout the local service area
• Diagnose issues with air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and system-performance problems
• Complete maintenance and preventative service
• Determine the cause of equipment failures and recommend appropriate solutions
• Explain findings and repair recommendations to homeowners in a straightforward manner
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining company quality standards
• Keep service records and job documentation accurate and up to date
• Follow applicable safety procedures and HVAC best practices
• Provide technical assistance to less-experienced technicians when appropriate

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA certification required; Universal preferred
• Residential HVAC experience
• Familiarity with Trane, Mitsubishi, or similar equipment is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to work independently and manage service calls responsibly
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented approach to your work
