Job summary

Temp-Con, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Tech III to perform daily service work on heating, cooling, boiler, chiller, and refrigeration systems.

The role requires reading blueprints, clear communication with customers and team, and representing Temp-Con in a professional manner. Responsibilities include troubleshooting rooftop units, following up for quality, mentoring other technicians, and attending project meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10 years of commercial experience in plumbing, HVAC and refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and solve HVAC rooftop units, make up air, boiler, chiller, and control system problems. VRF system knowledge is a plus.
• Follows up with customers for quality assurance purposes and ensures customers are 100% satisfied.
• Acts as the senior technical support for other Service Techs. Can answer most technical questions and help with almost any issue.
• Attends, if needed, all job site and office meetings related to assigned projects.
• Is well prepared to handle issues that may come up and is dependable in emergency situations.
• All other duties as assigned.
