Pezz Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to lead daily service operations and field installations across Central New Jersey. You will mentor technicians, stay hands-on in the field, and drive operational excellence with integrity and growth opportunities.

Required: 8+ years of HVAC experience, proven leadership, expert knowledge of furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps and RTUs, strong communication, and advanced troubleshooting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years HVAC service/installation experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring technical teams in the field.
• Expert-level proficiency with furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and RTUs.
• Strong communication skills for team dynamics and customer relations.
• Ability to perform advanced mechanical troubleshooting with minimal oversight.
