The role requires 8+ years of HVAC experience, a CT HVAC license, strong leadership, budgeting, and customer-service focus.

The position offers a competitive salary of $110,000 to $135,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% company-paid health insurance and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HVAC experience.
• Current CT HVAC License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, motivate, and mentor diverse teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to resolve conflicts and foster a positive work environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HVAC and plumbing technicians, customer service representatives, and dispatchers.
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatch operations, and daily department workflow.
• Oversee budgets, monitor inventory levels, and manage vehicle maintenance programs.
• Serve as primary contact for customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
• Offer technical guidance, assist with troubleshooting, and stay updated on industry codes.
• Identify growth opportunities and support estimates and sales efforts.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards and environmental regulations are followed.
